XSitePro And Adsense

One of the many questions I'm asked about XSitePro is: how easy is it to build 'Adsense websites' with it?

Well, the first thing you need to remember is the Adsense Program Policies. These state that you're not allowed to include Adsense ads on any page built purely for displaying ads.

That pretty much screws most high-earning Adsense publishers, and as it's almost impossible to tell if a 'decent' site has been built around Adsense (and let's be honest, the vast majority ARE built to display ads) you're probably wondering why so many people are building these sites.

I'll leave you to figure that one out for yourselves… it's not rocket science! All I'm saying is that you should be aware of the Adsense Program Policies before you start building such sites.

So, back to the question. What was it again? Ah yes, that's it: how easy is it to build 'Adsense websites' with XSitePro?

Well, let me tell you. It's as easy as counting the money Google pays you for displaying Adsense ads. So that would be really easy then.

Because XSitePro has Adsense code built in, you use a really simple interface to add the Adsense code to your web pages. It's far less cumbersome than the online creator Google supplies you with.

And because of the unique page-building features XSitePro supplies, such as the multi-page creation wizard and the Import Pages power pack module, both of which can be used to include the Adsense code, it's simple to build dozens or even 100s of Adsense-ready web pages in literally a few minutes.

As long as you've got content, you'll be fine. Don't put Adsense code on crap pages with no real content. When Google find them - which they will - they will ask you to remove the code from your pages.

If they find a lot of them, you're running the risk of losing your Adsense account.

My personal opinion is that Google are very relaxed about people building 'Adsense sites' (which, based on the Program Policies, should not even exist as an entity) provided the sites offer genuine, useful content that people actually want to read.

Don't forget, the ads displayed within your Adsense blocks are relative (most of the time!) to the content on your page. And if you're not employing dodgy techniques this means you will need relevant content.

But to sum this up as I'm digressing a little here, XSitePro is great for building sites you'd like to monetize with Adsense. Don't forget, though, that you can also monetize your sites with affiliate products/paid advertising etc.

What I'm saying is, while Adsense is undoubtedly a great earner for Google and some Adsense publishers, it's not the only way to earn money from a content website.
